Automatic loaders for hot air generators powered by biomass and solid fuels
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE CAR / SP SERIES LOADERS
It’s principally suitable to feed hot air generators with discarded wood processing as: sawdust, wood chips or for waste wood. The cylindrical hopper is fitted with a mechanical stirrer which avoids the creation of fuel caps remixing the stored material continuously.
Through a mechanical screw fuel dispenser is placed in a special chamber where is a second screw, moved by an electric motor that moves the material in the combustion zone of combustion within the generator.
The CAR / SP loaders are provided painted and assembled and can be applied to generators of the CLM HOT and CLM HOT ECO-GAS.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE CAR / SB1 SERIES LOADERS
The automatic loaders CAR / SB1 are realised to load automatically the hot air generator with pressed blocks or cut wood (medium/thin chip). Its structural composition is formed by a quadrate and central container hopper at which is applied a cochlea in the inferior part. It has the function to transport the fuel material and is controlled by a motor reducer. The cochlea is contained in a circular tube which permits the movement of combustible material with a continuous and flowing action as a result to have a constant combustion in the hot generator.
The loading system is monitored electronically by an electric panel put on the generator, but relative to automatic loader. Through it, it is possible to modify the break-time and the work-time of machine, depending by the type of material to burn.
The activity of automatic loader is to be considered safe: in fact in the material load tube there are some sensors which check continuously the temperature and in case of back fire they activate a safeguard throwing off a certain quantity of water as a result of deluging the dangerous fire zone.
The automatic loader model CAR / SB1 are built provided painted and can be applied to model hot air generator: CLM HOT and CLM HOT ECO-GAS.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE CAR / P SERIES LOADERS
It’s principally suitable to feed hot air generators with dry biomass as: pellet, maize, almond shells, hazelnuts or thin dry biomass.
The rectangular hopper is endowed with a significant slope, which avoids the creation of pockets of empty continuous fuel feeding the stored material.
Through a mechanical screw fuel dispenser is placed in a special chamber where is a second screw, moved by an electric motor that moves the material in the combustion zone of combustion within the generator.
The automatic loader model CAR/P are built provided painted and can be applied to model hot air generator: CLM HOT and CLM HOT ECO-GAS.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE CAR SERIES LOADERS
The CAR series loaders are all essentially composed of a metal base on which is fixed an adequate shape container with the function of storing a certain amount of material to burn. The automatic loading system is controlled electronically by an electric panel placed on the machine with which the loading/pause times can be modified according to the kind and/or dimensions of material to burn.
The operation of the loader is to be considered doubly safe in fact:
1) it is built in such way to have a jump of fuel flow in the feeding phase, this to avoid any backfire caused for example by temporary lack of electricity which does not allow all the stored material to burn.
2) it is fitted with a safety tank full of water, placed in the front part of the machine, through which a sensor acts flooding the loading zone where a possible backfire could be created.
