ANCHORAGE BASE
The COPRIMAT structure anchorage bases is made up of a series of “L”- shaped pre-fabricated sections, placed at the sides of the covering and deposits one following the other with a length measuring mt. 4.50 each and weighing 1450 Kg each in a way to statically balance the pre-fabricated construction itself.
METAL STRUCTURE AND SUPPORT
The modular metal structure is made up of a series of “ribbed trusses” realised in electro-welded steel tubular with diameter and thickness that are dimensioned according to the width to be realised. These trusses are protected by a hot galvanising treatment and are connected to each other with cross-members tubes. These are also hot galvanised.
The seals between the support pipes and the connection pipes are realised by means of clamps with four holes that are internally galvanised.
The “ribbed trusses” are fixed to the base of the pre-fabricated “L”-shaped elements with SLM 16 - Fb16/25 type Fischers, which are adjusted with screw fasteners that have high mechanical hold.
The metal structure can be easily disassembled as it is made up of bolted elements. This allows a reduction of costs in the transport phases and new assembly.
COVERING SHEET STEEL
The covering is realised with corrugated pre-painted “SAND 35/1.000” type trussing with a thickness of 6/10.
The covering in “SAND 35/1.000” is particularly recommended for “COPRIMAT” tubular type structures, as its use allows easy assembly and disassembly in the construction phase, and also represents a load addition that is almost irrelevant to the supporting structure.
The “SAND“ corrugated sheet steel also confer an extraordinary solidity to the structure, so much so that their use is particularly recommended in places hit by the wind.
Another fundamental feature of the sheet steel coverings is the high resistance to atmospheric agents: the same sheet steel, which already in the natural state undergoes various treatments, with further pre-painting operations becomes unalterable through the years.
Available colours: White - White/grey - Dark red - Green.
The sheet steel covering is fixed to the structure using galvanised screws. Fixing hooks block the battens or cross-members in a way to make everything more compact, as a unique body.
RESISTANCE TO STATIC AND AERODYNAMIC LOADS:
RESISTANCE TO THE SNOW LOAD
The “COPRIMAT” structure does not have particular structural risks regarding the snow load; due to its geometrical shape the upper part of the covering tends to unload the weight to the ground (structural calculations can be requested for each type of covering).
RESISTANCE TO THE AERODYNAMIC LOAD OF THE WIND
Also in this case, requests are available for specific structural calculations for each type of covering.
The structures can be fixed onto:
- pre-fabricated bases in reinforced concrete for anchorage
- existing reinforced concrete trenches
- existing support bases
