GENERATORS WITH LOW SMOKINESS, HIGH THERMAL EFFICIENCY, ECOLOGICAL EMISSIONS
The mod. CLM HOT and CLM HOT ECO-GAS generators are essentially characterized by their high thermal efficiency and are mostly used to warm industrial and civil buildings.
The internal shell is built from high heat resistant INOX steel, refractory material and a high thermal combustion chamber. The external casing is made of painted or galvanized carbon plate panels, allowing a perfect seal of the hot air re-circulation. The switching on of the machine is manual way and the combustion cycle is controlled by a regulation thermostat to turn the fan on and off automatically. The generator has an extractable pan situated under the combustion chamber to collect the ash.
"ECO-GAS" SYSTEM
The CLM HOT ECO-GAS system is considerably favourable because it allows recycling the first combustion smoke (about 70%), re-conveying it again, by means of a fan, into the combustion chamber and at the same time adjusting the combustion flame even in case of low quality combustion materials (for example, wet non-dried wood material).
The ECO-GAS principle allows discharging a type of soot, which is less rich in oxygen, from the chimney: as a consequence, the heating power and the thermal efficiency increase.

SMOK EXTRACTOR FAN
In case there is not the draughtadequated of the smoke pipe and in case of discharge over great distances is applied a fan for the extraction of the combustion’s smoke.
AUTOMATIC FEEDING SYSTEM
In this case an automatic feeding system is applied to the generator: a tank in which is situated the material to burn. There is an automatism to feed the material to burn with a screw conveyor of 100 mm. diameter for small size solid fuels (for example:

- with a screw conveyor of 200 mm. diameter for medium-large size
