The vehicles present in the Company are presented below:
- Automatic punching machine with Finn-Power E5 Express load and unload, equipped with nr. 04 independent forming units and nr. 04 threading units in automatic from M4-M5-M6-M8
- IMAL 100 Ton hydraulic bending machine L=3,300 mm. sequential to 4 automatic axles;
- CMU 40 Ton hydraulic bending machine L=2,000 mm. sequential to 4 automatic axles;
- Mechanical Calender with 3 rolls per sheet steel with width measuring 3,000 mm x 8 mm. thickness, Ducci;
- IMCAR 80 hydraulic section-bender;
- 3 saws for manual cutting of sections;
- Pedrazzoli automatic feeling saw, cutting diam. 270 mm;
- Famup Rag40 column drill;
- “GRAZIANO” parallel lathe
- Radial drill;
- 9 mechanical/friction air presses from 15 Ton. to 250 Ton.
- 100 Ton. AEM.3 hydraulic press;
- Fermoriboldi 3,000 x 6 mm. shears;
- Fermoriboldi 2,000 x 4 mm. shears;
- 3 Vesa electric pointers
- 8 Mig/Mag welding stations;
- Automatic submerged arc welding machine with positioner: dimensions: diam. 3000 x L = 9000 mm;
- Robotised island with 8 interpoled axes with double rotation lathe, piece capacity diam. 1,500 mm. Length 2.600 mm with KAWASAKY welding robot annex.
EQUIPMENT INTERNAL LOGISTICS
- Overhead crane for movement of particulars weighing up to 4000 Kg;
- 5 platform trucks for loading and unloading materials, with capacity from 15 quintals to 30 quintals;
- 2 Jib cranes.
We are also able to supply the finished product complete with the following workings:
- mechanical workings with removal of shavings (turning and milling);
- powder painting with 6-stage washing chamber dim. Chamber entry 3,000 x 4,000 mm;
- hot galvanising;
- cold electro-galvanising..
