TANK
Capacity from 1,000 to 9,000 lt.
With horizontal cylindrical axis on anti-rolling support feet, built in first class carbon steel sheet steel with thickness measuring 3 mm, painted with anti-rust paint and enamelled to finish.
Hydraulically inspected and equipped with the following accessories: inspection cover diam. 420 mm with nuts and bolts and seals, bronze 3” quick set fill pipe, which can be padlocked, load restrictor valve, 1”1/2 bronze mushroom valve with shut-off valve filter, externally visible level indicator, access stairway to the loading area (only for SM09), unloading coupling on the base with safety cap, lifting eye-bolts, earthing and equipotentiality, external suction pipe raised from the base to allow the deposit of fuel oil dregs.
Every tank has a 1” non-return valve and a rigid connection pipe to the distributor unit.
DISTRIBUTOR UNIT
The painted steel box with lockable door with anti-tampering key, supplied with support for pipe and gun, self-priming electro-pump with 50 or 70 or 90 or 120 litres per minute (motor 220V/50 Hz or 360/V) complete with line filter and incorporated by-pass, mechanical litre-counter with partial that can be zeroed and progressive totaliser, 1” flexible pipe with pressure connections measuring 6 mt. in length, automatic gun with rotary connection, start-up control boards IP55 with “Pump block” control device commanded by a signalling pressure gauge, fuel oil filtering unit (optional).
CONTAINING BASIN
In carbon steel sheet steel with thickness of 3 mm with self-supporting base frame already bolted to the feet of the tank, can be positioned on any type of ground, studied in compliance with the safety provisions envisioned by Ministerial Decree 19/03/90. It is equipped with a 1 “drain with safety tap and is painted with anti-rust paint and enamelled to finish.
TETTOIA DI PROTEZIONE
Realised in non-inflammable material in compliance with the safety provisions envisioned by Ministerial Decree 19/03/90. It is built with an entirely hot galvanised strong self-supporting frame, covered with galvanised, corrugated sheet steel projecting from the perimeter of the basin and equipped with uprights for fixing of the basin.

CONSTRUCTION FEATURE OF THE TANK
- Underground tank for containing fuel oil, with double wall, built in horizontal cylindrical sections, internally and externally submerged arc welded, equipped with door block diam. 500 mm, with 4” loading cap, overflow valve (type-approved) and threaded attachments.
- Sheet steel overflow well 700x700xh.700 with lid.
- External vitrification against corrosion.
- Targhetta di identificazione serbatoio.
- ON REQUEST: type-approved leak detection system, for the continuous control of the hollow space.
The capacity varies from a minimum of lt 1,000 to a maximum of lt. 50,000. |
